Lowongan Kerja –  PT Greatwall Drilling Asia Pasific berdiri pada tahun 1990 dan telah bertumbuh sebagai kontraktor pengeboran internasional serta penyedia layanan ladang minyak. Adapun cakupan bisnis utamanya antara lain pengeboran, work over, seismik, wire line, mud logging, penyemenan, layanan cairan pengeboran, coring, penangkapan ikan, pengujian, top drive dan penyewaan peralatan; dan peralatan serta konsultasi; dan pelatihan teknis untuk kegiatan eksplorasi dan pengembangan minyak bumi.

PT Greatwall Drilling Asia Pasific, yang biasa disingkat juga sebagai GDAP adalah anak perushan China Nasional Petroleum Corporetaion (CNPC), yang merupakan fabrikasi teknis dan layanan, menyediakan operasi pengeboran darat serta layanan ladang minyak untuk indutri minyak sekaligus gas di level global.

Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Greatwall Drilling Asia Pacific

1. Maintenance Service (Offshore Rig)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, equipment management or other related majors
• At least 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, familiar with machinery, hydraulics, electrics, and understanding of equipment principles and operating characteristics
• Familiar with relevant international standards in the offshore drilling industry and special maintenance techniques
• Knowing the inspection requirements for equipment and facilities on offshore drilling rigs
• Good negotiation and communication skills English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills required & Indonesian speaking
• Honest and reliable with a sense of responsibility, Good problem solver and team player.
• Preferably based in Balikpapan.

2. Purchaser

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, familiar with procurement process and supplier management in the oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with the supply resources in Indonesia, Especially familiar with local suppliers in Balikpapan.
• Familiar with the procurement process and local contract.
• Familiar with the import and export process, international transportation and customs related knowledge.
• Honest and reliable with a sense of responsibility, good problem solver and team player.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Good in English, both written and spoken.
• Preferably based in Balikpapan.

3. Logistics

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Petroleum Engineering, or related.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, specifically in oil and gas services, construction, or similar industries.
• Familiar with the specific challenges in the oil and gas industry, managing remote locations, hazardous materials, and high-value equipment.
• Experienced in managing logistics or procurement operations within large- scale oil and gas projects, managing suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts and delivery timelines.
• Experienced in handling logistics and procurement for global operations or working with international suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (will be a plus), and proficient in using office software.
• Familiar with offshore drilling program, and knowledgeable about importation laws and regulations.
• Preferably based in Balikpapan.

4. Operation Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Transportation, Hospitality Management, Maritime Studies, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing services such as transportation, catering, platform support, office leases, vehicle leases, meteorological services, and waste disposal.
• Strong understanding of contract management, vendor evaluation, and negotiation. Experience working in remote, offshore, or industrial settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (will be a plus).
• Preferably based in Balikpapan.

5. Marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in business development, market analysis, contract management, or project coordination, preferably in the industrial, construction, or energy sectors. Good in client relationship and familiar with Indonesian market and business practices.
• Experience in bidding, quotation preparation, and project cost management and able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to identify and solve problems.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (will be a plus).
• Willing to be placed at Gambir – Jakarta (Head Office).

6. Accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in finance or accounting in oil and gas industry, or relevant industry.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), financial statement, and accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia tax regulations (e.g., corporate tax, VAT, resource tax) and experience preparing tax fillings and planning.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local platforms) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Expertise in cost allocation for drilling operations, including equipment, material expense tracking, and labor cost analysis.
• Detail-oriented and comfort with numerical things.
• Good in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to communicate with Chinese will be a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Gambir – Jakarta (Head Office).

7. Driller

Requirements:

• Minimum education level: high school with offshore rig certifications.
• Having experience minimum 8 years in oilfield; and 3 years in similar position or 2 years as Assistant Driller on the 400ft drilling rig.
• Strong working ability about offshore drilling engineering.
• Skilled use of technological process and relevant expertise about offshore drilling.
• Proficient in operating of Amphion system.
• Good knowledge of well control and strong emergency operation response ability.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

8. Tool Pusher

Requirements:

• Strong working ability about offshore drilling engineering.
• Having experience minimum 12 years in oilfield; and 5 years in similar position or 2 years as Tour Pusher on 400ft drilling rig.
• Be familiar with NOV drilling package and Amphion system.
• Skilled use of technological process and relevant expertise about offshore drilling.
• Relevant post knowledge: Familiar with the structure and capacity of the drilling rig, familiar with production management, administrative management and other related knowledge; Know about psychology and sociology, etc.
• Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations of the nation, the group company and the enterprise.

9. Procurement and Logistics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, specifically in oil and gas services, construction, or similar industries.
• Familiar with the supply resources in Indonesia (Balikpapan), managing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with contracts and delivery timelines
• Experience handling logistics and procurement for global operations or working with international suppliers, given the global nature of the oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with offshore drilling program, and knowledgeable about import and export process, international transportation and customs regulation.
• Fluent English or Chinese.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Honest and reliable with a sense of responsibility, Good problem solver and team player.
