Lowongan Kerja – PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri kimia dasar dengan jenis produk seperti Ethlyene dichoride (EDC), Sodium hypochlorite (NAClO), Caustic Soda (NaOH), Hydrochloric acid (HCl), Vinyl chlorid monomer (VM) dan Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

Pabrik Chlor Alkali-Vinyl Chloride ASC yang terintegrasi di Cilegon, Banten, Indonesia memproduksi bahan kimia dasar untuk banyak industri hilir. Pada tahun 1986, ASC didirikan sebagai perusahaan multinasional dengan kantor pusat di Jakarta. Pada tahun 1989, mulai beroperasi sebagai kompleks produksi mutakhir di provinsi Banten. Selama bertahun-tahun, kompleks telah berkembang beberapa kali, secara substansial meningkatkan kapasitas produksi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC)

1. Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead & Execute Engineering Projects – Oversee the design, procurement, construction, and management of electrical systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Drive Maintenance & Optimization – Plan, coordinate, and manage all electrical maintenance activities to enhance reliability and efficiency, work for electric facility in chemical plant, from high voltage to low voltage, from power generator and receiving station to plant lightings, motors, HVAC, and so on.
• Innovate & Improve – Design electrical systems for new projects and continuously enhance existing systems for better performance.

Requirements :

• Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
• Extensive Experience – Minimum of 3 years in electrical facility maintenance and/or project management, ensuring smooth operations and innovation.
• Technical Expertise – Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, IT networks, and automation systems is highly preferred.
• Global Exposure – Open to domestic and international business trips (1-2 weeks) for Factory Acceptance Tests, meetings, and collaboration with global partners.
• Safety & Sustainability Mindset – Strong awareness of safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Proven ability to lead teams, foster strong relationships with colleagues, and work effectively with business partners.
• Communication Skills – Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Work Commitment – Willing to work daytime shifts and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

2. Instrumentation Technician

Job Responsibilities :

• Install with Precision – Perform instrumentation installation according to established standards, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Test & Maintain – Conduct tests and regular maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Report Clearly – Provide timely reports on installation, maintenance, and repairs to supervisors.
• Prioritize Safety – Ensure workplace order, security, and safety at all times.
• Apply Knowledge – Utilize expertise in measurement, calibration, and installation methods.
• Repair & Optimize – Handle repairs, overhauls, and testing of electronic and pneumatic control devices.
• Read & Execute – Understand technical manuals and documents to guide daily tasks.

Requirements :

• Personal Qualities – High ethical standards, integrity, and strong safety mind.
• Technical Expertise – Diploma 3 in Instrumentation or related field.
• Extensive Expertise – Minimum of 1 year experience in related field; fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

3. Section Chief of People Management

Job Responsibilities :

• Compensation & Benefits: Assess salary structures, conduct market surveys, handle periodic salary adjustments, and oversee employee benefits like medical coverage, annual check-ups, and other benefits.
• Budgeting & Payroll: Prepare and monitor compensation and benefits budgets. Forecast future costs and model various compensation scenarios. Manage payroll data, ensure timely salary, allowance, and bonus payments.
• Policy & Compliance: Establish internal procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and align practices with company goals.
• HR Analytics and Reporting:  Optimizing the use of the HRIS to enable data integration and process improvement.

Requirements :

• Personal Qualities – High ethical standards, integrity, and strong safety mind, has strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
• Technical Expertise – bachelor’s in Psychology, Management, Administration, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
• Good with numbers and analytics.
• Extensive Expertise – 10 years experienced in People Management or related field.
• Global Communicator – Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate in a multinational environment.
