Lowongan Kerja Magang – PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk Berdiri pada tanggal 6 Juli 2006, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra (“‘Balitower”‘) merupakan perusahaan penyedia infrastruktur Menara Telekomunikasi terkemuka di Propinsi Bali dan pelopor penyedia sarana Menara yang dilengkapi fasilitas transmisi terintegrasi melalui jaringan fiber optic/nir kable yang senantiasa dapat mendukung kemajuan teknologi di bidang telekomunikasi. Pada Tanggal 13 Maret 2014, Balitower resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mulai diperdagangkan dengan kode Emiten BALI.

Calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk

1. Site Acquisition

Responsibilities :

• Acquire and manage work permits in potential clusters
• Responsible for achieving the home pass cluster area acquisition target
• Manage and follow up on Permit issues during work In progress
• Ensure the survey process and data coordination and integration from the survey report into FTTH design with the planning team runs smoothly

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Others), Law or equivalent
• Experience in managing acquisition cluster and permits is for at least 3 years
• Have good knowledge of FTTH roll-out
• Experience in dealing with authorities and approving approvals
• Have good communication skill and solving the issue

2. Network Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Analyse data and network monitoring
• Create Report problems and solutions (RCA) and coordinate with Vendors / Partners
• Coordinate with Operations and NOC as a troubleshoot process and problem solving improvement.
• Responsible for SLA Tenant (Cellular and Non Cellular) related to devices that have been leased by the customer and coordinate with the internal team
• Manage relationships with network equipment vendors and service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be possess at least Bachelor Degree from Computer/Information Technology/Telecommunication.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field
• Experience in switch/router hands-on configuration such as Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, preferrably Nokia Alcatel SROS
• Understanding MPLS, VPN, TCP/IP network L2 and L3 concept are mandatory
• Eager to learn & explore new equipments (e.g. routers, switches, & servers)
• Good knowledge in Network Monitoring System is a plus
• Able to work in a team & independently.

3. Area Installment Coordinator VSAT

Responsibilities :

• Manage the progress of VSAT development in the area
• Controlling & Evaluating Project team and Contractors performance in area
• Ensure Installation & Documentation progresses are according to plan
• Effective & Efficient in Identify and solving deployment problems
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholder regarding project activity (Planning, Logistic. Government etc.)
• Ensure the project produce result according to timeline, works plan and required standard of quality.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication
• At least 3 years experience in VSAT development/ project
• Have a good Communication & Reporting skill
• Understanding of basic Network satellite communication
• Understanding of Project Management

4. Internal Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Perform and control the full audit cycle and control management over operation’s effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
• One who can act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement
• Monitor and follow up on audit recommendations implementation
• Ensure that documents are neatly organized and cover all activities during the audit process
• Ensure that audit tasks are completed on time, and provide accurate audit reports (main findings, main causes, impacts & recommendations).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a internal audit
• Mastering auditing and risk management skills
• Understand and be able to explain a company’s business process flow
• Have accuracy in analyzing and providing solutions for each audit finding
• Have good organizational and coordination skills
• Experience in Telco company is a plus.
