Lowongan Kerja PT ATW Solar Indonesia

1. Accounting Officer⁠

Job Description :

• Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department such as AP, AR Inventory, and Fixed Asset
• Ensure that month-end and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records and participate in audits and reconciliations
• Deliver assessment on daily company transactions based on accounting point of view
• Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly
• Support accounting & finance related ad-hoc analysis for internal and external use

Qualification :

• Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, tax, and management principles
• Proficiency in using Oracle Netsuite and Ms. Office
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amount of data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have Brevet Tax AB is a plus
• Placement : Jakarta Pusat

2. Sales Officer

Job Description :

• Handle end to end sales activities
• Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs
• Strive to achieve set sales targets with dedication and determination

Qualification :

• Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management/marketing/business or related major
• Experience in sales
• Highly assertive with strong negotiation and interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel all around indonesia
• Fluent in english (written and Verbal)
• Placement : Jakarta Pusat

3. Marketing Intern

Job Description :

• Support in planning and execution of marketing events
• Assist in creation and execution of digital marketing initiatives
• Support in monitoring and replenishment of merchandise
• Do market research and report assessment
• Support design process of sales tool kit

Qualification :

• Final year student with management/communication or related major with minimal GPA 3.00/4.00
• Willing to work from Office (5 Days/weeks)
• Active in campus organizational activity & have leadership experience

4. Civil Engineer

Job Description :

• Conduct site survey and assessment to analyze the structural and geotechnical aspects of the site
• Create detailed engineering design processes: engineering calculations & simulations, technical specifications & reviews, BoQ & BoM breakdown & reviews
• Execute QA/QC processes & solar system test and commissioning
• Improve design and working method to enhance efficiency, leadtime, and cost-saving
• Review client RFP/Technical requirements
• Develop engineering design and installation guideline documents to ensure the quality of solar system installation and operation

Qualification :

• Renewable energy enthusiast
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 with 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Proficiency in SAP2000, Plaxis, AutoCAD, or other similar software4
• Deep understanding in applicable civil standards (SNI, JIS, etc)
• Basic understanding in engineering principal

5. ⁠Commercial Manager

Job Description :

• Strategizing market penetration for solar equipment products
• Sourcing and building relationships with new and existing customer
• Selling solar equipment products in order to achieve sales and profit target
• Maintaining relationships with business partners

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Experience in B2B sales for electrical/industrial products
• Strong knowledge in strategic selling skills
• Excellence negotiation & consultative selling skill
• Renewable energy enthusiast
