Job Description:

• Monitor Distributors and Sub-Distributors’ activities in distributing goods to stores.
• Conduct regular surveys with distributors, sub-distributors, and stores to gather market information.
• Collaborate on joint visits with distributor sales teams.
• Inform the team about competitor programs, promotions, and market activities.
• Ensure effective communication and implementation of programs within the distributor’s sales team.
• Facilitate routine meetings with distributor sales teams.
• Monitor the performance of Distributors and Sub-Distributors.
• Coordinate with relevant parties, such as warehouses, for timely order processing and delivery.
• Ensure prompt handling and resolution of customer complaints and feedback.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• Summarize and document ongoing programs or promotions.
• Calculate the realization of ongoing programs.
• Compile and provide information on Promotion Material Stock to Sales Supervisors and National Sales Managers.
• Ensure each order input by Distributors and Sub-Distributors meets processing requirements for Sales Orders.
• Provide information about products and shipments to Distributors and Sub-Distributors as needed.
• Calculate all approved trade discounts (Promo, Program) and inform Sales Supervisors and NSM for approval before implementation in the system.

Job Description:

• Overseeing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok etc.), including product uploads, devising marketing strategies, etc.
• Optimizing Shopee and Tokopedia Ads to drive sales and control marketing cost.
• Providing tailored promotion strategies within each e-commerce platform to boost sales.
• Analysis and optimization of store and product pages to enhance views and conversion rates.
• Generating reports on competitor research within e-commerce platforms to identify product trends, price points, etc.
• Managing and updating omnichannel software to guarantee accurate data across various channels and resolving any issues that arise to maintain seamless operations.
• Conducting checks across all e-commerce platforms for inventory, complaints, and issues.
• Coordinating with relevant teams to implement marketing strategies.
• Analyzing performance data regularly and compiling weekly reports to present to stakeholders, showcasing key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) education in any field, preferably in marketing or IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing E-commerce or Marketplace platforms. (Bonus points for experience in developing FMCG e-commerce.)
• Experience in crafting reports from data analysis and trend identification.
• Strong independent candidate, with exceptional communication, insightfulness, creative ideas, and effective presentation skills.
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and a pioneering mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in recording transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a regular basis
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
• Support audits and collaborate with external auditors
• Contribute to process improvements in accounting procedures

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Min. 3 years experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role
• Able to work independently in a hybrid WFO/WFH work situation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
