Lowongan Kerja PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk

1. Rewards Officer

Qualification :

• Conducts research, evaluation and analyses internal and external information, analyses market trends or best practices and makes recommendations for any potential compensation and benefit improvement both of concept, systems and as well as policy and procedure for Chandra Asri Group
• Analyse government regulation changes and make recommendations to the team for appropriate change
• Support in creating and or improving the policy and procedure to ensure the new or updated policy and procedure in place among the organization
• Preparing for salary offering for new hiring, contract renewal, contract to permanent position and register into recruitment system for specific level as informed by superior
• Support for the implementation of new employee orientation program specific for compensation and benefit module for new employee
• Provide technical support on FHOP program, contract project and contractual compensation and benefit program and others benefit program
• Provide technical support on any benefit program as assigned by superior such as Medical Benefit Program, Life Insurance Program, Flexible Benefit Program etc.
• Conduct annually manpower cost budgeting process and input the final manpower cost into Accounting system
• Provides assistance and training to lower level staff and or customer, serving as centre of excellence related to benefit management
• Support in CLA benefit analysis, managerial benefit analysis and others benefit analysis as assigned by superior and provide recommendation based on finding and data analysis
• Participate in remuneration survey in a timely manner and providing relevant recommendations based on analysis

2. Monomer Rotating Inspector

Qualification:

• Operate portable vibration tool on pre-assigned or pre-programmed routes to execute PdM tasks
• Download vibration route into portable vibration tool based on SAP schedule or request from another section
• Upload vibration measurement results into a database
• Perform visible visual inspection (such as leak, corrosion, external broken) and correct vibration measurement and upload into the software database 5. Record vibration measurement result including severity level to input on check sheet of daily report
• Acquire lubricant samples from machine systems, equipment, and/or storage containers in accordance with procedures
• Prepare samples for transport and/or testing in accordance with established procedures
• Conduct confirmation and completion for MO in SAP
• Maintain PdM tool and accessories properly

3. Electrical Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in major Electrical Engineering
• Preferably 7+ years professional experience – within an operating company (petrochemical, other heavy industry, a power company, or a network operator), a consultant engineering company, or an electrical equipment manufacturer from concept to start up.
• Good general knowledge of major electrical equipment: switchgear, transformers, cables, motors.
• Specialist on large motor starting analysis and familiar with large motor application
• Working knowledge of industry standards for electrical equipment. Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP services is required.
• Power system distribution and Power system analysis
• Well understand on IEC and IEEE code standard
• Well known on Equipment selection and sizing / installation and testing
• QA/QC for electrical equipment control and inspection
• Be able to calculate/estimate MP and prepare construction schedule
• Experience in site construction management for electrical work.
• Experience in explosion proof equipment installation and substation design
• Familiar with 3D model review/ program
• Field experience in the manufacturing, commissioning and trouble shooting of electrical systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

4. Corrosion & QA Engineer

Job Description:

• To Drive Loss of Primary Containment (LOPC) incident reduction through inspection strategy
• Deploy compliance with the use of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology
• Manage IOW (integrity operating window) Detection & Monitoring with IOW control plan document and anomaly Detection Report
• Perform comprehensive RBI according to project scope of work.
• Perform comprehensive RBI study, analysis, and reports.
• Provide RBI input and support for write up of Inspection Strategy, Written Scheme of Examination and other related technical documentations or reports.
• Produce credible, reliable, and realistic RBI outcomes to highly safeguard integrity of equipment.
• Proactively highlight any engineering best practices or standards into RBI methodology or components as part of Inspection team continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be familiarized with all applicable general specifications and related engineering standards.
• Vigilantly highlight any technical engineering deviations or non-conformance or unacceptable risk to superior hierarchy level.
• Responsible for providing engineering technical solution, proposal or any other engineering deliverables govern under project scope of work.
• Supports Fitness For services analysis

Qualifications:

• Education: university degree in material engineering, metallurgy, corrosion, mechanical or an equivalent discipline
• Professional certificate: API 510, 570 and 653 (at least one), and Certified API 580 (still valid more than 1 year)
• Experience: at least 7 years proven experience of oil and gas related facilities, refineries, and petrochemicals and at least 5 years experiences in RBI Methodology and implementation
• Knowledge:
  • Have experiences in performing RBI according to international standards using any applicable RBI software.
  • Understand and hands on RBI Implementation (RBI Living)
  • Have good experience and familiar with piping and fittings, valves, dead leg etc.
  • Have good knowledge in damage mechanism related to piping/pressure vessels, structure
  • Be familiar with API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI, NDT, BS ISO, NFPA and NACE.
  • Have good understanding on HSE, QA/QC and professional ethics.
