Lowongan Kerja PT Polytama Propindo
1. Business Development Intern
Job Description
- Responsible on developing documenting report such as Feasibility Study, Economic Study, and also Term of Reference (TOR)
- Drafting a comprehensive report and slide presentation for the Business Development team
- Responsible for supporting the Business Development Department with their daily activities and documenting the minutes of meetings
Requirements
- Fresh graduated from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain
- Proficient in creating visually appealing and engaging slides through PowerPoint
- Proficient in creating comprehensive and well-structured reports using Microsoft Word
- Fluent in English
- Have a good communication, report system and attention to detail
- Able to do 3 months internship (full working from the office on Monday – Friday)
2. Lead Project Scheduler and Control
Job Description
- Responsible in the development and implementation of Project Management Plan and management of Project Controls function for the Project.
- Implementation of Project Management strategies, best practises and standards to optimize the schedule timeline and cost across all project phases and to ensure Project completion on time and within the allocated budget.
- Manage the development, review and implementation of FEED and EPC Schedule program with the contractors. Perform progress monitoring activities, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, facilitating issue identification and resolution, problem-solving, contingency planning and decision-making.
- Assist the development of Project Cost Estimate, Project Budget and Cash Flows for the Project.
- Manage Change Orders during FEED and EPC phases of the Project.
- Apply and practice all HSEQ aspects from Initiation till completion of the Project as per Company Policy
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in mechanical/industrial/civil engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5+ Years of Project Planning and Controls experience in the refining or petrochemical industry.
- Technical Competencies Planning and Scheduling ability, to read and interpret Contracts for scope development, knowledge of progress and performance measurement and verification.
- PMP Certification highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and MS Office.
3. Field Operator
Job Description
- Inspecting equipment to ensure that it is working properly and taking measures to prevent accidents
- Monitoring plant operation condition, collecting samples, gathering operational data, and trouble shooting
- Ensures field activities are in accordance with safety rules and regulations and the plant operation according to operation procedures and instructions
Requirements
- Minimal Diploma 3 (D3) of Chemical Engineering
- Relevant experience min. 1 year in Petrochemical or process manufacturing plant
- Fresh graduates from are welcomed to apply
- Basic production ability and knowledge of associated tools
- Demonstrate a good technical aptitude and a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills
- Be a team player and display good communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
