PT Mostrans Global Digilog merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang aktivitas professional, ilmiah dan teknis lainnya, serta perdagangan besar. Direktur KLBF
Bernadus Karmin Winata mengatakan Monstrans sejatinya adalah omni channel besutan Kalbe Farma. Bernadus menjelaskan platform Mostrans in bertujuan untuk menghubungkan ekosistem rantai pasok produk kesehatan (healthcare supply chain eco-system) antara perusahaan transportasi dengan pemilik barang produk kesehatan.

1. Business & Pricing Analyst

Description

Ensure the business performance review process follows the PDCA method and Calender of Event, and that performance reports are completed on time.
Assist top management in monitoring innovation and continuous improvement projects, and ensure that all issues identified in Minutes of Meeting (MoM) are addressed in a timely manner.
Identify and propose business analytics, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure effective implementation and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement pricing policies based on market analysis and business objectives.
Accurately input and update pricing data in the system for shippers and transporters.
Ensure pricing data is accurate and aligned with the companys profitability goals.
Effectively communicate pricing strategies and changes to stakeholders.

Requirement

Bachelors degree in Management, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
Min. 2 years of experience in management system or pricing analysis
Knowledge of the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check & Act) method and its application in performance review and system improvement processes
Ability to analyze data and propose improvements for management systems and pricing policies
Proficiency in managing and ensuring the accuracy of pricing data, and updating systems in a timely manner
Strong communication skills for effectively conveying pricing strategies and changes to stakeholders

2. Operation Executive (Import)

Description

Oversee the entire import process from order initiation to final delivery.
Prepare, review, and manage all necessary import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Customs Declarations.
Handle customs clearance procedures for import shipments.
Plan and arrange the transportation of goods via sea, air, or land.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and manage any logistical challenges that arise.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade, including delays, damages, and compliance violations.
Optimize shipping and logistics costs by negotiating rates with service providers and implementing cost-effective strategies.
Provide excellent customer service by keeping clients informed about the status of their shipments and addressing any concerns promptly.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in import operations.

Requirement

Min. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field
Min. 2 years experience in end-to-end operational import processes
Strong knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance
Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English

3. Sales & Operation Export

Description

Develop and present proposals and compelling offers to potential export clients to secure new business deals.
Guide prospects and clients through the entire export sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing export customers and identify opportunities to expand business for growth and retention.
Oversee the entire export process, from order initiation to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Management, Logistics, or a related field
Min. 2 years of experience in export sales or operations
Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and customs procedures
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage logistics costs
Proficiency in English

4. Application Developer

Description

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for web platforms
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
Perform system evaluation and system troubleshooting
Actively participate in team meetings and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement

Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems or related major

Familiar with GIT, ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL

Willing to join 6 months of internship duration with commitment
