Lowongan Kerja PT Bintai Kindenko Engineering Indonesia

1. General Affair & IT Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a General Affair
• Able to handling fix asset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Efficient handling of payment issues
• Ability to work with high-mobility
• Join as soon as possible
• Placement Head Office, Jakarta

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate & control corrective maintenance activities on all company assets
• Monitor and recap usage data and perform various administrative tasks related to operational usage (electricity, water, etc.)
• Monitor the work system/procedures for the procurement and maintenance of work support facilities
• Plan, control, and analyze the process of providing the required property both in the form of lease and purchase.

2. Graphic Designer Intern

Requirements :

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a major in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or other graphic tools
• Understanding basic video editing is advantageous
• Good communication skills, especially in receiving design directions and providing feedback
• Strong attention to detail and creativity A portfolio of design work showing your graphic design capabilities
• Minimum 1 years experience as a Graphic Designer
• In-depth knowledge of updated trends and topics
• Available for 3 months of internship program
• Placement in the Central Jakarta area

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Employer Branding Team to support various projects
• Assist the team in creating visual content such as posters, banners, social media posts, and other promotional materials
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s guidelines and visual identity

3. Electrical Engineer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineer in MEP Contractor
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical systems and materials
• Comprehensive understanding of Contracts, Bills of Quantities, and Contract Negotiation
• Experience in handling EPC Projects is an added value
• Placement in the Jakarta area

Responsibilities :

• Analyze the development of engineering systems
• Analyze work methods and calculations, and provide recommendations for Improvement
• Monitor the Site Engineer’s work progress
• Develop standard work methods.

4. Business Development Staff

Requirements :

• Fresh graduate (S1) in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Has strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and administrative skills.
• A professional appearance, a positive “can-do” attitude, a growth mindset.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research and manage the data as a reference for marketing strategies to be taken
• Perform risk and benefit analysis on new project prospects and business development potentials
• Establish good relationships with potential clients to obtain new projects

5. Supervisor MEP

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Supervisor in MEP Contractor
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems
• Understanding of Job Safety Analysis
• Experience in handling EPC Projects is an added value
• Placement in Batam area

Responsibilities :

• Make, prepare, and submit a complete work permit (request) for the implementation of work to be carried out on that day based on the work zone.
• Perform a work checklist and coordinate the work that will be carried out on a daily basis
• Understand and prepare technical specifications for each work. to be carried out
• Together with Quality Control perform quality checks on the results of the work
• Ensure and monitor the work in accordance with the technical specifications that have been approved by the owner.
• Inform and identify immediately work accidents that occur in the field and report to SHE and superiors.
