Kami merambah ke RRT dan mendirikan anak perusahaan pertama kami di provinsi Hunan pada tahun 1962. Lowongan Kerja PT Want Want Indonesia

1. Data Analyst and Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities

• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Compile and analyze data related to business’ issues
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or related
• Good at Microsoft Office (excel)
• Proficient in English
• Having at least 3 years of experience in sales/commercial, especially in FMCG Company
• Having a dynamic and agile personality
• Proven interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• Willing to work with high mobility
• Willing to work in Taman Tekno, BSD

2. Receptionist & HR Staff

Responsibilities:

• Standby at receptionist room
• Handle ATK for employee
• Responsible for Attendance, Overtime, BPJS and other monthly payments.
• Responsible for the recruitment process, psychological tests, and employee assessment/evaluation.
• Able to provide internal training or external training.
• Responsible for all administrative work of HRD and GA (correspondence, employee database, KPI, warning letter, SP)
• Develop and supervise/control SOP procedures for all Divisions
• Develop a working system and employee performance evaluation in a sustainable and consistent manner
• Able to motivate and increase employee morale by providing periodic training
• Understand and master assessment, Manpower Law and all BPJS KIS & TK Procedures.
• Understand, control and control the validity period of all Company Licensing Documents
• Able to work with Priority scale, Risk Management and able to cooperate with all parties
• Maintain and care for company assets and take care of their documentation

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) psychology / Human Resources and Law will be prefered
• Minimum 3-4 years experience as HRD / GA / Trainer/Generalist
• Mastering several Psychological Test tools
• Mastering MS Office
• Able to Speak English is a must
• Able to create training programs (team building)
• Strong Leadership, Communicative, Friendly, Skill Negotiation, Smart.
• Firm and proficient in giving assessments/evaluations
• High loyalty, honesty, disciplined, high morale
• Have good time management, accustomed to working with targets and able to work independently.
• Experience with Labour Office & Government.
• Can keep company secrets and prioritize company interests
• Willing to work in Taman Tekno BSD
• No contract with another company and join ASAP

3. Trade Marketing Officer

Role Description

• Control Cost Ratio Promotion
• Create and Monitoring Montly Promotion
• Monitoring and Analyze Activation (BTL)
• Coordinating with Internal and external
• Monitoring Man Power

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends in the F&B industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and plans
• Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Placement: Taman Tekno, Serpong

4. Key Account Executive

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

5. Marketing and Product Development Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG is a must
• Fluent in English
• Consumer marketing
• Brand development and management
• ATL and BTL
• Socmed and e-commerce expert
• Analytical Skills and Market Research skills
• Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management skills
• Sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

6. Regional Sales Admin

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role or fresh graduation are welcome
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems is a plus
• Located in Kota Tangerang Selatan

7.  Area Sales DBM

Kualifikasi :

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai sales supervisor GT / MT dan Key Account di industri Consumer Goods atau FMCG
• Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai sales principal di area Bali, Surabaya, Mataram, Cirebon
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa pasar
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam pemetaan penjualan
• Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan yang baik
• Dapat mengoperasikan Ms.Office
