2. ⁠Section Head SCM

Job Description :

Job Description :

Responsibility :

• Oversee daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, BPJS, training, and performance management.
• Manage facility-related services, ensuring the workplace environment is safe, functional, and meets the needs of the organization.

Qualification :

Job Description :

9. ⁠Foreman Pit Control

Job Description :

Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains documentation to support mining operations effectively.

Responsibility :

• Oversee excavation and material handling in the pit to meet production targets and comply with mining plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and mining regulations to protect personnel and equipment.
• Optimize resource allocation, including equipment, labor, and materials, to enhance pit operations and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with mining, geology, and maintenance teams to align pit control activities with production schedules.
• Track and report on pit control operations, addressing challenges to improve efficiency and meet production deadlines.

Qualification :

• High school diploma or bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in pit control, excavation, or mining operations, with at least 1 – 2 years in a supervisory role within the mining sector.
• In-depth understanding of mining operations, excavation techniques, pit control methods, and equipment used in production activities.

10. ⁠Foreman Mechanic

Job Description :

Manages maintenance and repair operation in one of these area regarding heavy equipment (A2B/Medium Trucks/Light Vehicles/Electrical) in the mining sector, ensuring high-quality workmanship and equipment reliability.

Responsibility :

• Supervise and coordinate vehicle and electrical system repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot A2B, medium trucks, and light vehicles.
• Ensure safety and maintenance compliance.
• Train mechanics on best practices and safety.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and schedules.
• Work with management to optimize processes and minimize downtime.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment ot related major with atleast 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair is much preferred.
• Strong knowledge to one of the mechanics needed (A2B for Mechanic A2B, medium trucks for Mechanic Medium trucks, light vehicles for Mechanic LV, and electrical systems).
• Sufficient knowledge to one of the heavy equipment listed (Hino 700, CMT96 LGMG, SKT 80 SANY, Hitachi 870, Dozer Komatsu, Caterpillar Grader & Compactor, etc)
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

11. ⁠Foreman Mine Plan Engineer

Job Description :

Responsible for overseeing the implementation of mining plans, ensuring operations align with production targets, supervising day-to-day activities, analyzing production data, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance,  collaborating with other engineering teams, and addressing operational challenges.

Responsibility :

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term mine plans, ensuring they align with safety, environmental, and production goals.
• Monitor mining activities, track progress against plans, and provide regular reports on production, efficiency, and safety.
• Provide leadership and training to the mine planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.

• Create comprehensive production reports for Overburden (0B), Coal, Barging, Rehandling Coal, Productivity, Fuel, and Lost Time, detailing metrics periodically
• Supervising a team of control room admin to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Conduct Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

• Having POP certification will be a huge advantage

13. ⁠Foreman HCGS

Responsibility :

• Oversee and manage daily financial transactions, including cost tracking, budgeting, and expenditure approvals for mining operations.

Job Description :

Overseeing and implementing the KPLH (Mining Safety and Environmental) program to minimize accidents that may cause losses to the Company in the operational area.

Responsibility :

• Implement and review safety protocols according to HIRA, and JSA.
• Coordinate with partners on safety regulations, reporting, and improvements.
• Manage availability and adequacy of PPE, safety signs, and equipment.
• Oversee employee safety training and equipment commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous waste handling regulations.

Qualification :

• Diploma’s Degree in any major with relevant SHE certifications and/or with minimum of 2 years of experience in SHE management.
• Certified in POP, General K3 Expert, SMKP would be preferrable

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.

19. ⁠Foreman Civil Engineer

Responsibility :

• Oversee construction and maintenance of mining infrastructure, including roads, drainage systems, and retaining walls.
• Enforce safety and environmental compliance during all civil engineering activities.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to align civil works with operational needs.
• Monitor project timelines, resource utilization, and costs to ensure efficiency.

Qualification :

20. ⁠Officer SHE

Job Description :

Ensures compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at the mining site, implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting safe work practices to protect employees and the environment.

Responsibility :

• Monitor and enforce SHE regulations across all mining operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits regularly.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide SHE training and ensure workers comply with safety standards.
• Maintain records and reports on SHE performance and compliance.
• Monitor all of the safety bureaucracy such as mine permit, kimper, safety sign, MCU, etc.

Qualification :

21. ⁠Mechanic

Job Description :

Responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on A2B vehicles, medium trucks, light vehicles, and electrical systems in the mining sector, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibility :

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on A2B vehicles, medium trucks, light vehicles, and electrical systems for one of the unit listed (Hino 700, CMT96 LGMG, SKT 80 SANY, Hitachi 870, Dozer Komatsu, Caterpillar Grader & Compactor, etc) while maintaining accurate records.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify solutions and enhance overall equipment reliability.

Qualification :

22. ⁠Auto Electrician

Job Description :

Perform electrical maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicles and heavy machinery and unit to ensure their optimal functioning and safety.

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles and heavy machinery.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical wiring, AC, lamp and components.

Qualification :

• Minimum Diplorma (D3) or equivalent; certification by BNSP in welding (e.g., SMAW 3G or up) is a must
• 2+ years of welding experience, preferably in the mining or heavy industry.
• Proficient in various welding techniques & position.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and follow safety protocols.

24. ⁠Surveyor Crew

Job Description :

The Surveyor Crew is responsible for conducting field surveys, managing equipment, and providing accurate data to support project planning and execution. The role ensures survey data aligns with engineering requirements through close collaboration with the team.

Responsibility :

• Conduct field surveys and gather accurate data for engineering and construction projects.
• Operate and maintain survey instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and levels.
• Prepare and present survey reports, maps, and drawings to the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during fieldwork.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to survey data and project implementation.

Qualification :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveying, preferably in construction or mining projects.
• Proficient in using survey equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, or other mapping tools).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

25. ⁠Building Management Officer

Job Description :

Responsibilities to oversees facility operations, maintenance, safety compliance, resource management, and construction projects. The role ensures efficient energy use, stakeholder  communication, and sustainability while prioritizing safety and operational standards.

Responsibility :

• Versee the maintenance, repair, and operations of all on-site facilities, including administrative offices, housing, workshops, and recreational areas
• Oversee the efficient use of energy, water, and other resources within the managed facilities to optimize operational costs.
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors for services such as repairs, cleaning, and inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare and manage the budget for building maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring cost-effective use of funds, upervise facility management teams and ensure adequate training to uphold operational and safety standards.

Qualification :

• High school and Vocational High School
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveying, preferably in construction or mining projects.
• Strong ability to manage teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good  communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

26. ⁠Operator Compactor

Job Description :

Operator Compactor bertanggung jawab untuk mengoperasikan alat berat compactor dalam proses pemadatan tanah atau material sesuai dengan standar proyek. Posisi ini memastikan pekerjaan dilakukan dengan aman, efisien, dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis yang ditentukan.

Responsibility :

• Mengoperasikan alat berat compactor untuk pemadatan tanah atau material secara efektif.
• Memastikan alat berat dalam kondisi baik dengan melakukan pemeriksaan harian sebelum dan setelah digunakan.
• Melaporkan kerusakan atau masalah teknis pada alat berat kepada tim perawatan.
• Mematuhi prosedur keselamatan kerja dan standar operasional selama bertugas.
• Membantu tim di lapangan untuk memastikan kelancaran aktivitas proyek.

Qualification :

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Operator Compactor di proyek konstruksi atau pertambangan.
• Memiliki sertifikat pelatihan atau izin operator alat berat yang masih berlaku.
• Menguasai teknik pengoperasian dan perawatan dasar alat berat compactor.
• Mampu bekerja secara tim dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang keselamatan kerja.
