Lowongan Kerja PT Daikin Manufacturing Indonesia

 

 

1. Production Engineering (Assembly) Staff

Qualification :

  • Male/Female max. 30 years old,
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering field,
  • Good command in English; Japanese is advantage,
  • Can maintain Production Process and Machinery in production line,
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and machinery,
  • Proficient in computer programs (MS. Excel, Word & Power Point).
  • At least 2 – 5 years of experience in assembly engineering, assembly process design, process analysis.
  • Willing to be place in Cikarang Deltamas GIIC

Job Description :

  • Working for machine specification, installation, process preparation and archive quality, delivery, cost, safety regulation etc.
  • Follow up company policy, rules and regulation,
  • Follow up action plan, project schedule, budget control each project assignment,
  • Report to higher position that concern process preparation and control,
  • Promote and perform Kaizen, 5S, Safety & Environment Activities.

 

2. Procurement Staff

Requirements :

  • Able to Supplier Assessment Process
  • Have good negotiation skill
  • Able to read Drawing (Specification), include process of production
  • Cost Reduction refer to company target
  • Over than 3 years’ experience as Staff Procurement/Purchase
  • Experience in Manufacturing (assembly) company, Electronic or Automotive, (Japanese company better)
  • Able to use SAP (System Application and Processing)
  • Good Negotiation with supplier
  • Good communication / relation
  • Willing to be place in Cikarang Deltamas GIIC

Job Description :

  • Familiar with SAP (System Application and Processing), for input Daily PO
  • Audit for Supplier Assessment process (include Engineering and Quality matter)
  • Manage New Model from Trial until Mass Production
  • Improve / Kaizen process (value analysis / value engineering) to achieve Cost Reduction

 

3. SHE Supervisor

Qualification :

  • Bachelors degree in Environment/Safety Engineering.
  • Min 5 years of experience as SHE .
  • Has a good knowledge about SHE regulation, best practices, hazard risk assessment & develop mitigation strategies.
  • Familiar with ISO 14001, 45001, PP50 SMK3, RKL-RPL, carbon neutral, and environmental data.
  • Conducting Safety, 5S inspections & audit.
  • Having AK3U Kemnaker certifice is highly preferred.
  • Good command in English (is must)
  • Willing to be place in Cikarang Deltamas GIIC

 

4. Accounting Staff

Qualification :

  • Experience in related field for 2 years or more
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field with strong accounting theory understanding
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Hyperion / SAP system is a plus
  • Good command with English
  • Preferably to have knowledge on Accounting standard (IFRS)
  • Preferably to have knowledge on Job order costing or experience on construction company
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality in delivering work
  • Though and persistent personality willing to go ‘extra-mile’ and able to work overtime during closing period
  • Fast learner and adaptive person
  • Placement available in Jakarta Selatan.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Doing cost recognition for each project of company.
  • Conduct cost versus budget analysis and follow up the gap.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
  • Ensuring financial transactions are documented correctly to relevant account and allocation.
  • Controlling physical fixed asset movement and Capital Expenditure requisition.
  • Ensure financial security by adhering to established internal controls.
  • Assisting audit both internal, regulator and external audit.

 

5. Manager of Organization Development & Talent Management

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, preferable  in Psychology, Management, HR Management, or any related major.
  • More than 5 years experiences as HR Leader with experience and track record in the field of organizational development, business process, strategy management or a related HR function; and have passion & soul as HR Leader.
  • Having deep Experience with Business Process, Organization Structure, Job Evaluation / Job Grading, Job Description, Employee Competency, Key Performance Indicator, Company SOP & Policy Developing Performance Appraisal & Workforce Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and to use Organization structure tools such as advance Excel skills, Visio, Power Point, draw.io and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels, include senior leadership.
  • Having experience to lead or support HR Projects / HR Programs related to organization development, workforce planning & people development.
  • Detailed-orinted with strong organization and deep understanding of best practices in OD, HRBP and Talent Management.
  • Having deep skill in Conflict Management and Problem Resolution.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) or Certified Organization Development Professional (CODP) would be an advantage.
  • Able to collaborate with HC team and other departments at all levels.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Willing to be place in Pancoran  – South Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

Organization Development  / OD

  • Develop solutions, programs and implement OD strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the organization and devise action plans to address them by improvement strategies.
  • Create Performance Management & analyze employee’s KPI achievement.
  • Lead or support HR Projects related to organization development, workforce planning & people development, ensuring they are completed on time, within a scope and on budget.
  • Work closely with HR Head, department leaders, and Management to understand business needs and translate them into effective organizational design strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to gauge employee engagement levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction in order to increase productivity and retention.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Use assessment data to develop and implement targeted development initiatives.
  • Develop and update organizational policies and procedures to support OD initiatives.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on OD activities and their impact on organizational performance.

Talent Management

  • Lead all aspects of talent management activities. (recruitment & selection, induction, assessment, learning, training & development, etc.)
  • Create succession profiles, identify potential candidates and key talent within the organization, and provide a development program.
  • Identify employee development needs, design and implement training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure employees have opportunities for professional growth.
  • Collect, analyze and use data on employees and workforce trends to make evidence-based decisions and more effective talent management strategies.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees and leaders to enhance performance.
